Terms and Conditions

This agreement encompasses all products and services offered by Lone Mørch and Lolo’s Boudoir, CVR 38397494, Denmark. Before booking please review and accept these terms with an email to lone@lonemorch.com

Deposit and Payment
Your full payment affirms your booking. All sales are binding. All booking, payment and communication is done via lone@lonemorch.com

For accounting purposes, all fees are in Danish Kroner excluding tax. In Denmark payments are accepted via mobilepay, bank transfer or cash. For clients overseas bank transfer, paypal and stripe are accepted. Sales Tax and shipping fees may apply. If you have Tax ID please provide. 

For payment plans add $40 per rate payment. With delayed payment, a $40 fee is charged. All other costs, ei. transport, make up, location rental is invoiced and paid upon the delivery of your final products. Styling takes place prior to shoot or on location. 

Cancellation of Photo Shoot
Re-schedule of session is available free of charge in case of sickness and bad weather. You may change your appointment up to 3 days before. Less than 3 days before, a $100 change fee plus cost incurred apply. A rescheduled shoot overseas must be completed within the photographers availability and travel program. A rescheduled shoot in Denmark must be completed within 3 months. Hereafter, your purchase is lost at no refund.

If the Photographer cannot perform this Agreement due to illness, fire, earthquake or other causes beyond the control of both parties, fees will be refunded to the Client, and shall have no further liability. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without the fault of the Photographer. In such cases, Lone Morch will do her best to find a solution agreeable to all parties. 

Prints and Orders

Lone Mørch shoots both film and digital. Three rolls /120 shots, processing and proofs is $250. You can add extra film/time to your shoot.

Your selected digital photos delivers in high-res 300 dpi i sort/hvid og farve, med mindre andet er aftalt. 

Your photos will be made available for viewing no later than two weeks after your shoot in person, online gallery or via wetransfer.com. You have 3 days to download to your computer. To re-send it costs $100. You have 2 weeks to order photos, unless otherwise agreed. You order by email and file-number, unless other has been agreed. Buy-out of film and digital negatives is available. 

Additional high-res digital photos with use rights cost $100 / 600 DKK per photo. Bulk discounts available. 10 photos - 25%, 20 photos - 30%, 30 photos - 40%. 

Archival quality art prints, custom albums and display box designs are also available. Lone Mørch will assist you in choosing and creating the loveliest presentations. Ask for information.

Location and transport
All photo sessions take place on location, fx. at your place, outdoors, rented or borrowed locations, hotels, etc. Unless I rent a place, you have the primary responsibility for securing a place, and the rights to photograph there. 

Travel and transport fees apply. Rates vary depending upon geography. 

Copyright and Reproductions
The Photographer own the copyright to all images and resulting photographic materials, and holds the exclusive right to making reproductions for the Client or her own portfolio.  The photographer may use the photos for self-promotion and projects, including but not limited to books, exhibits, flyers, postcards and website, unless you/the person in the photos has objections to this. 

Where nudity or other concerns may be involved, the Photographer will only use and publicize the photos with the client’s written permission as per the model release presented to the Client.

Art Photo / Private Client Usage
The Client’s prints are for personal use only, and may not be sold or reproduced in any way. If the Client wants to use the photos for something else, a special release is required and royalties may apply. For any photos posted on private social media, please give Photographer credit with name and website link

Professional Client Usage
For professional portrait packages, the clients may use the agreed photos for promotion on websites, social media and flyers and PR. In case of commercial usage or re-sale of photos for book covers, CD cover art, posters and other print matters, additional permission and fees apply. 

If your publisher wants to use your photo for book cover they pays royalties directly to the photographer. The Photographers shall be given credit with name and link to website adjacent to the photograph on publication. Any photos posted on private social media, please give Photographer credit with name and website link. 

Coaching, speaking, workshops

Please sign up and cancelled by emailing lone@lonemorch.com. Upon receiving a confirmation your cancellation is registered. By cancelling more than 30 days prior to event, we withhold a 15% admin fee of your payment. If cancellation happens at 30 days or less before event, we do not refund your payment. You are welcome to hand over your participation to someone else. Please make arrangements with Lone Mørch. 

Miscellaneous
This Agreement incorporates the entire understanding of all parties and is governed by laws of Denmark. Any modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. By signing this Agreement, the Client releases the Photographer and her legal representatives or assigns from any and all claims or demands arising out of or in connection with the use of photographs, including but not limited to any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy. The Client further frees the Photographer from any responsibility for any injury incurred during photography sessions.

Welcome to my website. This Privacy Policy describes and governs the information collection, use and sharing practices of Lone Mørch with respect to this website. Lone Mørch values her clients trust and is committed to protecting your right to privacy and to the ethical and responsible use of your information online.

This Privacy Policy will notify you of the following:  What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the web site and with whom it may be shared; What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data; The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information. If you do not want information collected, you have to erase your cookie-settings and avoid browsing my site. .

What information we collect
We are the sole owners of information collected on this site.  We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily submit via email or other direct contact from you. We collect both personal and non-personal information.  For the purpose of this policy, when we use the term “personal information” we mean information that is collected in conjunction with a name.  For individuals who sign up for an account on our site, this may include your email address, telephone number and physical address.  Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, newsletters, or changes to this privacy policy.  For individuals who decided to make a purchase through our website, this may also include payment information, such as credit or debit card number and billing address.  When we use the term “non personal information” we mean information that is not collected in conjunction with your name. 

Cookies
A “cookie” is a small data text file that is placed in your browser and allows us to recognize you each time you visit our site.  We may use cookies on our website to allow us to, among other things, measure activity and to personalize your experience.  If you choose, you can set your browser to reject cookies or you can manually delete individual or all of the cookies on your computer by following your browser’s help file directions.  However, if your browser is set to reject cookies or you manually delete cookies, you may have some trouble accessing and using some of the pages and features that are currently on our website or that we may put on our website in the future. 

Security
We take precautions to protect your information.  When you submit secure information via the Website, your information is protected both online and offline.  Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.  You can verify this by looking for the lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

We may engage third parties to perform services in connection with the operation of our business.  Examples of these services include payment processing and authorization, fraud protection and credit risk reduction, product customization, order fulfillment and shipping, marketing and promotional material distribution, Web site evaluation, data analysis and where applicable, data cleansing.  We provide personal information to these third parties but we authorize them to use this information only in connection with the services they perform. 

We use Squarespace as host to our website.  Squarespace uses third party payment processors to assist in processing your personally identifiable payment information securely.  These include the services of Stripe, Peer 1 Hosting and Equinox.  Personal information hosted by or through Squarespace is subject to their privacy policies, which may or may not contain terms as protective as this privacy policy.  Other third party integrations are listed below.

We do not share with others, or sell or rent to others, any personal information that you provide to us through this website except with your consent or as described in the Privacy Policy.

Storage timeframe
We only keep the information in the designated time period allowed by law, and we delete them when no longer relevant. The timeframe depends upon the character of the information and the reason for storing it. Therefore we cannot give a specific time for it's deletion. 

Your access to and control over information
You may opt out of any future communications from us at any time.  You can do the following at any time by contacting us via our physical address, if in writing, or phone number given on our website: See what date we have about you, if any; Change/correct any date we have about you; Have us delete any data we have about you; Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Updates
Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time and all updates will be posted.  If you feel that we are not abiding by this Privacy Policy, you should contact us immediately via telephone or email.
