Welcome to the original Lolo’s Boudoir. It was created in 2004 as a sacred and safe place for women’s self-discovery and -expression. The name was inspired by women's boudoirs in 17th century France and Virgina Wolf's "A Room of One's Own," because every woman needs her own space to reconnect to her body, soul and sexuality. Lolo's Boudoir is the playground of your imagination, where you meet all the facets of yourself and discover ways to embody and integrate all of them into your being. Its the place where you safely, freely, playfully, can express all of you.
As the founder and artist behind Lolo's Boudoir, I invite you into that magical intersection between art, play and transformation for your own personal exploration. We use photography, story, play and movement to reconnect to that wild place within your soul that longs for liberated self expression. We uncover the limited story of you and unveil a new, expansive, nuanced story of who you are, all that you are, as woman.
My dedication is to help you break free of cultural corsets and limiting self perceptions, redefine beauty on your terms, become comfortable with your body and embrace your sexuality as sacred and powerful.
I work with women of all ages, body types and stages in life and strive to give women a more nuanced, more whole picture of who they are… through a thrilling, liberating experience and process, and a series of timeless, tasteful black and white portraits of spirit, feeling, mystery and sensuality.
No cookie cutter sets, posing manuals or retouching, just the art we create when we allow ourselves to trust the moment, the creative intuitive, and who we are.
It's time, to Stop Posing and Start Living!
